Delivery

Free on every UK order, no minimum spend. We pack in 2 working days, and delivery takes 4–9 working days after that. Order before 18:00 and packing starts the same day. We ship within the United Kingdom only.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery. Items need to be unworn with the original tags on. Email support@maeveand.co and we will send you the return details.

Return postage is yours to cover unless the item arrived faulty or wrong — in that case we pay, and we sort it out properly. Refunds land within 10 working days of us approving the return.

Swimwear, underwear, pierced jewellery and sale items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
